Caitlin is an Australian actor, playwright and theatre maker based in Montréal, Canada.

As a playwright her interests question the ubiquitous cultural behaviours around feminine social roles. She believes that by looking back to where we've come from we can better understand where we are and where we can go.

She most recently performed CAKE, a solo show about a woman in love with a cheesecake, at The Chain Theatre, NYC.

Caitlin George is an actor, playwright and theatre maker.

Currently based out of Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, Caitlin's work takes her around the world. Earlier this year she travelled to Bangalore, India, to collaborate on a new work in development (for more) and most recently performed CAKE, a solo show about a woman in love with a cheesecake at The Chain Theatre, NYC.

As a playwright her curiosity is in reshaping our inherited narratives to question cultural agreements around the social roles of women. Through examining myth, storytelling structures, and unsung histories Caitlin believes we can better understand where we are and where we can go next.
